How to turn on USB debugging on Any Xiaomi Phone except Mi A1

Follow these steps -

1.  Go to your phone settings
2. Then swipe down and click on 'About device'
3.  Now Click 7 times on Miui version
4. Now go back and click on additional settings in phone settings
5. Swipe down you will get the Developer option
6. Open the Developer option and enable Developer option 
7. Go down and enable the USB debugging
